Our participant Katka shares her experiences from a youth project in the picturesque Andalusian village of Moclín, where learning, teamwork and new friendships went hand in hand.

The project in the picturesque Andalusian village of Moclín brought us not only new friendships but also valuable knowledge in the fields of youth work and education. We immediately put these methodologies and the concept of competition-based learning into practice by organising our own Harry Potter-style tournament. We completed the activities in groups, which brought us even closer together.

We also visited the historic city of Granada, went hiking through the beautiful Spanish countryside, and worked together to create videos as part of a competition. During the intercultural evening, we proudly presented bryndzové halušky, a traditional Slovak dish, and tasted traditional food and desserts from the other participating countries.

Of course, there was also plenty of time to socialise. Our evenings together were made even more memorable by Spanish guitar music and heartfelt conversations. 🪄
